The Pangandaman Libel Suit against Bambee dela Paz accused of libel, which she post
in a blog about the "maliciuos" and with "intention to cause malice" on the Pangandaman. This was happened at Valley Golf Club.
In my personal view based in the Philippine Law, considering the libel it was filed defines as public and malicious imputation of a crime or any circumstances tending to cause
the dishonor,discredit or contempt of natural or juridical person (Article 353 of the Revised
Penal Code). In which, we must be careful and responsible on posting a message or forums.
We cannot deny on the fact but , we must able to consider that posting such issues may lead
to good or bad. Considering also that the Pangandaman has legal proofs if it was written to malicious manner and also if that blog is a publication.
Here in the Philippines, we are living in democratic country, for us we have the freedom
of speech whatever we say or write but the point is not just to degrade other people. Not just harassing too. In jurisdiction,charging a crime to someone must referred to the Revised Penal Code before you say that someone is committed a felony against you. In this matter, Bambee has the right for it even though that was happened but hoping it would be fair in the Philippine Justice since it would be sent there.
